Trust me folks, these guys are a joke. Please don't fall for there high pressure sales and use of emotion to get the sale. The only thing you get from them is DEBT. They spend three days telling you how successful you can be in real estate investing if you only have the right tools; well their not the right tool. I would be willing to bet that only about 1% of the students who go through the advanced classes ever make any money in this business, so if your willing to risk up to $60,000 on those odds, good luck. If you attend the 3 day event ask to see some sort of student testimonial, if they give you one then check the dates... Anyone could make money in real estate 4 or 5 years ago but try doing that in todays market.
Something you should also know, only a handful of there speakers (3 day event) have gone through the advanced training classes that they pitch to you, the speakers are successful for one reason... They make a ton of money off of you signing up for the classes... I mean a ton.
Do yourself a favor and save your money, you can learn everything you need to know by involving yourself in a local REIA and surrounding yourself with people that are in the real estate game.
