Emc mortgage is a companny out to get property for their investors. I have a mortgage with emc, back in november of they put force insurance on my property, i already had insurance.
I got a divorce so my name change, my insurnace now reflected my madian namme. I mailed and fax emc my declaration page of my insurnace along with a copy of my divorce.
Emc contiune to bill me for their insurance, i was told that my insurance had to show my marriage name due to my mortgage was in my married name. Again i faxed them my divorce showing that i could go back to using my madian name. Emc contiune to bill me for insurance which allowed my mortgage to show a delinquent status.
I called and spoke with serveral rep's of emc to no avail. I finally reached the executive appeals office of emmc and spoke with a young lady that was very helpful. It took from november to april to correct their wrongful billing. My loan was modified and my payment was reduce. The next payment that i had to pay was $1135.00 due june. However i made the payment in may in the amount of $1135.00. I contiune to make my payments in the amount of $1135.00.
In july i received a statement showing me two months deliquent i called emc, i was told that the modification wasn't complete, that is was still being process.
In september i called and spoke with a patrice she informed that my payments was in a suspence account and that someone from the modification department would be giving me a call.
I never heard from emc until november 13 when i received a summons of mortgage infoming me that my property was in foreclosure. I called emc and spoke with lisa she informed that they called me on november 6, and 11 and got my answering machine. I told lisa that i didn't recevied a message, lisa replied that they don't leave messages. She suggested that i could give them $1200 deposit increase my monthly payments to $1285.00 and this must be sent by western union for the next twevle months.
I asked what happen to my payments, i was informed that i don't have any insurance so that the payments paid for the insurance that emc had provided. I informed lisa that i had my ownn homw insurance. Now look at the stick up kid. Please please please help help help, hhhhhhheeeeeelllllllllppppp!
