Did not make minimum payment

Last month I never obtained a declaration within the email, that will be not my problem. Used to do not create the minimum due this month and today they're stating my acct. Isn't in good standing. I owe them 30.00, but its not my problem I never obtained a statement, today they'll cost me fines.in the place of dealing with me on the website error, they deliver me this horrible notice, I usually create my funds each month
