I just tried to write a check at Bloomingdales in the amount of $189.44 today, November 14. I was told the transaction cleared but that the initial decline could not be overwritten.
I want to be absolutely sure that this transaction did not go through AND I want a letter confirming and apologizing for this inconvenience.
