Keyanna Willis from Farmington Hills Michigan joined our mortgage company and funded loans for a short time. During this brief period Keyanna Willis and possibly her associate Jobina Whittaker with Vanguard Processing Services, LLC ID# B2668U proceeded to steal and cash at least two of the broker proceeds checks (checks were NOT made out to their names, they were made out to the licensed mortgage company listed on the lenders instructions). This is check fraud and grand theft, see police report: 0808250456, Detective Valinski at 313-596-5660 or 313-267-5640. Keyanna Willis then proceeded to destroy all compliance copy packages and records of her involvement. Luckily the lender and escrow companies were able to recreate much of the file.
