Excessive Interest Rate

I've had a charge card bill with this specific company for 2 decades. Lately they lifted my rate of interest from 9.9% to 27.18%. I've been present with my consideration plus they record me as "paid-as Decided" towards the 3 credit rating companies. Their only cause was they decide me to be always a high-risk - no particular factors.
