Merchant Services they save you money, must sign up now, they knock out the middle man

THANKS consumer complaints! Because of your site, i was spared the financial reprecussions of dealing with this company.
One of their reps came in today. Called and made an appointment with my colleague. I was in the same room, but not really listening as i was on my own tasks. After their meeting was finished, my colleague wanted me to look at their proposal.
I told the rep, that i did not have time to look at their proposal, but would later. If he could just leave it. He didnt want to leave it. Stated that since they knock out the middle man, he did not want his proposal getting into competition hands. Actually, then said, well we dont have competition, since we ARE the company that THEY use. And that this offer was limited time.
He stated he did not know when he would get back into the area.
I refused to sign, stating that i must read it thru first.

So, after he left, i promptly found your website, and very happy i did!
It seems like this company employs the same sales tactics for everyone. I did notice immediately, in the very, tiny, tiny, tiny print, at the bottom of the proposal, that the equipment is a 4 year lease, non cancellable!!!
