I did not renew anything and I was billed

I've not activated to Norton in a number of decades and that I possess a cost for $53.49 on my Mastercard statement on 10/27/08 that used to do not create and was totally unacquainted with. I'd like this looked after and acknowledged this cash that I had been cheated.
