A Ripped me Off - Attacked my moral character Ventura California

I fell for all the false wording in Benepaths advertising. "Make 3 times more Sales", "See if your territory is still available", etc.

The owner of this company is very "small-time" and brags He is "big-time". He doesn't even have the marketing set in place - he waits till he finds a "sucker" such as myself and then puts marketing together.

THESE WERE TERRIBLE LEADS. Emails were fake, phone numbers were fake, etc. When you try to return them with his "liberal" policy - it isn't so liberal. I spent a fortune with him and got NOTHING.

I cancelled very early into the agreement after I saw what he was giving and he responded very aggressively wanting his money - he couldn't stop the marketing campaign, etc. Bottom line - if he hadn't misrepresented the entire deal - I would'nt have to be writing this today.

After several months, guess he is VERY hard up - he writes me an e-mail stating he finds out I am a Christian and how it is not right to be dishonest
in my dealings and he figures I owe him $200 dollars. Said some very demoralizing things in an email.
I am a Christian - but unlike this Clelland character - I do not screw and lie to other people. He should be banned from the website and not point his finger at other people. I can never recover what I lost financially from him and he has the gall to tell me he is going to turn me over to collections. I am going report him to whatever authorities I can find. He is a disgrace to this Industry.
