I call the customer service and the answer is a voice saying to send a letter to a adresse; also the toll free # 1800-564-2517 is disconect and the other tel. #1-866-411-1092 is only a automatic answer machine. I loose $57.41 plus $199.00 because I got just the cataloug: not money back, no merchandise, not tel. Number for call back, nothing. And I need to know is there is somebody insterested in joining a possible class action lawsuit against those thieves, because there are maybe 100s in the same situation.
