They took my money and the phone just answers and says "GOODBYE"

My thoughts are racing, hearbeating fast and I want to cry. I was told by CharterStone Financial that they could extend a loan for 6,000 dollars. I signed the contract with Anna Stewart and sent the 1,090 dollars needed to secure my first 6 months payment. I was supposed to finance the next day. When the money did not show up in my account I called Ms. Stewart. She informed me that after making calls, Mr. Thompson (an account manager) had my file. I would need another 1,090.00 dollars because my file was reassessed.

Since I could not wait for the November 7th refund cycle date (i was approved October 17th), I borrowed a 1,000 dollars. Both time I wired the lender a person to person wire transfer to the lender's accountant "Megan Wallace" in Spring Falls Canada. I called in with my reference number. This time my loan was supposed to fund Friday October 24th, no later than 5:00pm. I was assured that these were the final terms and my file could not be reassessed and the money would be there. Friday comes, NO MONEY!

I called Friday, around 2, Mr. Thompsons says he will talk to the lender and said he would call me back, no phone call. I called repeatedly! Monday Mr. Thompson called me back and says that "he doesn't know how to tell me this, but the lender backed out of the loan." Their lawyers were drawing up the court paper work and were going to sue. I would get 1,000 dollars as an inconvenience fee, as it was the max their company could do. I questioned about my refund, they said it would not follow the loan cycle as it was a breach of contract. He would work on getting my money back, and would call me before 5 to let me know. As you have guess, NO PHONE CALL.

I have been calling Mr. Thompson, every 2 hours since Tuesday (October 28th). Now today, (Wednesday the 29th), the phone just answers and says, "Good bye". What makes matters worse is that I borrowed the money from my mom! I still do not have the money I need to pay bills. I went on thier website earlier today to leave a message for customer service since the phone just rings out and says goodbye. I went back to the website and it is "not loading".

I feel ripped off, desparate and confused! Can they get away with this! I want to get a lawyer and sue them. I am just so worried that now the phone doesn't give me the voicemail that I had become so accustomed to. Please help me!
