They are not well managed. Sometimes their computer calls you for no reason—you return the call, they don't know why you called, but they are still nasty to you. If you write to them, you get a form letter saying research is needed. Sometimes you get a few of these. The Spanish in their material has mistakes—a real insult to the Hispanic community.
