Not proud to say, I used to work for this company.
They claim that their "niche" is customer service.
I have had more issues banking with the company that were so outlandish I can hardly believe they are still in business. Just today, I found that I had two returned checks - which immediately prompted a call to the bank. They had put a hold on a CASH deposit over a week ago. My children's school check bounced! I can't believe it. I do not do business this way.
Not to mention, somehow, this has incurred $180 in additional fees?!?!? And at the end of the call, I was told I'd get a call back after they could research and that the teller won't fess up because she says the system wouldn't put a hold on cash. WHAT!?!?
I have had more issues with SIMPLE banking than I can believe. This is a horrible place to bank. I urge extreme caution and monitoring if you are a current customer.
