I received a pop up box telling me i could apply for a loan. I did it on line. I then received a confirmation email from Rachel conrad (made up name) to call her. I spent half hour on the phone going through all the loan info. Received a legal loan document that looks very real. Was then told needed 500.00 to money gram to them at which point my loan would be deposited... This was to insure my loan as my credit is poor.
I did not investigating... My first mistake. My sister went on line to set herself up for one of these foreignors to call her (none of them speak decent english) they did the same thing to her. Sent her an email, had her call them and asked her to send money (which at that time i grabbed the phone to ask them why my calls had not been returned and where was my money) they hung up. I filed every report and called everyone possible. FBI website, oh attoreny general, all tell canada (which is company they use for phone line)... Moneygram, sherrif office in the city the money was picked up... If one of these agencies would have stepped in they could have easily been found. However no body helped me.
After i was on to this scam they changed there name to colonial first lending. They pick well known lender names and add inc, or group or anything to it... The good part is i have emailed them to let them know i am filing all of these claims... in return i get... Here is the kicker... Vulgar sexual responses from them regarding sexual degrading derogatory responses, threats to my children and acknowledgement that they are a scam and happy to take my money.
Thank your government once again for doing NOTHING to help the american middle class workers. I found so much info from just searching myself. If one government agency would have heard my complaint they could have shut these people down in a minute. I post this on all web sites possible in hopes that less people will fall prey to these non working lazy dp's.
