I have been with drive for alittle over 2 years. I have always been on time with my payments, and when I lost my job in September of I am still struggling now that I started my new job since 2003. When I talked to Drive to take partial payment, they said they would deny my money. They also told me like they have told others that I can ride the bus to and from work. Someone really needs to do something about this because this is really out of hand.
When I talked to the so called Supervisor Tonya T. At Drive, she would not hear my situation and was not understanding at all and very rude. I ask to speak to someone above her and she blew up and really did not want to give me the name or ext. Finally, she gave me only the name and said she does not know the extention and would not look for it and then she hung up on me...
