I was shocked to find that an electronic check of some sort was processed against my checking acccount in the amount of $399.00. The name on the transaction copy was UPN Services, a company I have never heard of or done business with before.in searching for information regarding this company, i found your web site indicating that I am not the only victim of this scam. I have filed the necessary paperwork with my bank, but unfortunately that takes time.in these times, $399.00 is a lot of money for some people. How can this happen and why aren't the banks able to catch this type of fraud.
