$7.99 charge on my account not authorized

I have a charge of $7.99 on my checking account statement, I called my bank and this is where they told me to go... This charge had better be removed immediately from my account by tomorrow, or I will file a suit with my lawyer. This charge was never authorized, and it had better not happen again.
