Chase didn't live up to their end of the deal by providing me with proper training of the virtual terminal and kept my application fee

Applied for a virtual terminal through this company for my business in august 0f this year, after i paid the $100 application fee and submitting the contract i was suppose to receive training on how to use the virtual terminal on 09/15 at 11am no one called or e-mailed me after i called them on 09/12 in regards to getting my merchant number and the correct website to login to, i found out today my merchant account was closed on friday because a site inspection of my business wasn't completeno one ever told me this. So i asked them since my account was closed can i get my $100 refunded because i held up my end of the deal by giving you my money and signing the contract, chase didn't live up to their end of the deal by providing me with proper training of the virtual terminal and i was told by the representative and a supervisor that me getting my money back would be a problem, so i expressed this to mrs. Satagaj and she told me that there was no possible way for her to refund my money so i told her that i am filling a complaint with bbb and my bank which wachovia bank n.A., usacomplaints.com and she told me to go ahead and that i still will not get my money back.
