Rip-off Received Fake Approval Letter for a Credit. Thank You consumer complaints

I received a fake letter in the mail for a credit card with an automatic approval for a $5,000.00 limit. They asked for a fee of $45.00 and then would send the card or if I wanted it rushed to me it would be a fee of $49.00.

I decided to check the company out on the web first since it sounded too good to be true and I had never heard of this company before. It was too good to be true because I found these usacomplaints.com on them. I'm so glad I looked first!
