I did do a payday loan with B I G... I ended up in the hospital with a heart condition, I have no medical insurance, after this i had to pay for medications and change my financial priorities around.
BIG has been calling and leaving me messages, I have offered to make payments to them but this is not enough, they want my banking information... I told them I do not have an account anymore.
They are not calling me at work demanding to speak to my boss and or my supervisor. I have asked them not to call me at work but they continue doing this everyday all day, this guy that can barely speak english is yelling at my co workers.
I have offered payment arrangements but they won't accept this, I am now afraid I will lose my job.
Please anyone tell me what my options are... I don't know what to do
