Amscot clients beware
I did so a payday loan with this specific amscot and was scammed. I published a look for 331.00 and went to repay the loan. The teller informs me i've to cover again 441.00 and here my check was for 331.00. I had been told it was the tellers mistake who put that amount to the computer system though what they gave me was 331.00 as well as for signing a legal doc though i did not obtain 441.00 i've to pay for that back. I had been robbed for an additional 141.00 within my banking account, they did a digital fund on my account altering my payday loan amount by themselves. I had been told by wachovia bank that by having an ach deal amscot may take out whatever quantity they need!!! That's illegal... So watch out for amscot payday loan!!! I am a victim of amscot scam. Browse the fineprint!!! It is your money which may be taken, the check you create doesn't matter!!!
