I bought a car and financed it thru wells fargo 2 months ago but because of change in income i am not able to continue to pay 478.00 a month so i called wells fargo to refinance the car and they told me no. So i have tried to come up with the payment but i can no longer afford it so i called the collections dept and spoke to rep. She told me they can not take the vehicle back that i would have to sell it or get loan to pay it off told him i already tried that well you have a problem was the responce, i told her i will try to sell it thru carmax she said do whatever i placed her on hold and i called carmax and the said that they could do nothing as per i only have had the car for 2 months. I got back on the phone with the wells fargo rep and she said that is your buisness i told her so if i cant pay you and you wont pick up the car what i am supposed to do she said keep it we will continue to add up the charges i told her that is not fair she said again i did not make you sign, tried to explained single parent of 2 children and she said dont care, what can i due
