Largest Purchase Paid First, Then $35 Fee on Each Small Purchase

Wells Fargo will pay the largest priced purchase, then charge me $35 for each small purchase. When I called to complain, they said that they would charge me even if I was a penny over! Completely unreasonable and I believe that it is illegal. If anyone has a class action lawsuit against Wells Fargo then contact me because I will fight them!
