Started in May '05 with an urgency to wire money or it would be to late from this point on went down hill with Donna telling me let me take care of you like your grandma. Upon her leaving and turning it over to her secretary Angela Bean that said she was professionally trained and knew what she was doing.
At this point the next rip-off artist comes along and tells me I can't do anything with this little amount of money so sent him another 5,000 for him to buy sell and basically ends up trading and not even knowing where the money is at. I would get a statement and call him to see where the money was at and he would act dumbfounded as not knowing why the money was invested were it was at.
WHEN the statements came, (VERY irregularly) even when I would call it would always come across as stupidity, O your not getting them, I'll check into it and get back with you and NEVER hear back till I would call back. If I call Capital management they know nothing and can't give you any information so it is useless to even call.
Anytime a statement or another figure is off they will blame it on an accounting error or will check into it and get an answer for you and get back with you once again NO return phone calls.
Like a broken record "I Will check into it and call you back this afternoon or in the morning. Mornings and afternoons NEVER come with Carlos.
If I called into talk to Carlos and he wasn't available I would ask to talk to someone else in the company to find out how my account was doing and nobody knew anything and would have Carlos call, NEVER happened. As of Right now I am waiting on a phone call from Carlos after telling him I still to this day have not received a check from the stock that was sold on 7-30-08 that I have a confirmation for.
I was also led to believe every time I talked to Carlos that we were invested in silver and it is going to reach these unfathomable heights and its going to be good blah blah blah and the sales confirmation comes with a sale of Palladium at a fraction of what Carlos told me it was worth. Says he will check into it and never hear from him as usual. I finally get out of him it's an accounting error, excuse me a $5,000 ACCOUNTING ERROR. "I'll check into it."
These guys are literally CROOKS stay away no matter how smooth they sound. Don't believe anything no matter how fancy and true the book is that they send out.
I will turn this over to an attorney and get more advise soon watch for follow-ups and will keep all informed as to the happenings and if I get a call from Mr. I'll get back to you. When they get you bled for all the money you are going to invest with them you will never hear back from them.
All the Metals are trading GREATLY higher than what they were when I bought them, someone not knowing anything about investing could of come out a winner with the time Global - Carlos has had my money.
We need to file a class action lawsuit if they can't make it right with their customers. WILL be contacting BBB and others in the next couple of days.
