He Is very difficult to deal with. He believes anything the insurance company will say even though Its a lie. I figured out why he gives people such a hardtime he works for the insurance companies not for consumers.
There Is an idiot In every insurance commissioner office In every state. Another problem he said I yelled & screamed @ him & he said other people In his office could here It to.
He must of had It on speaker & the volume high. He Is nothing but a pig racist. He doesn't like it when you stand up to him. He will make your situation worse.
They say on there website they help people who live In georgia & out of state but when you file a complaint they will not do anything for you! The department of insurance does not care & they will not help.
The insurance commissioner of georgia Is nice & caring & he cares about the people, but his employees are the ones who give the people a hardtime he can't be there to watch his employees to make sure they are doing there job.
The insurance commissioner was sympathetic & caring but he sure has some sorry employees who don't do there jobs & give people a hardtime!
I have had no luck In resolving any complaint, that Is why I am making this complaint today! I bet his employees will not like what I say about them!
I hate all insurance companies but Its the law you have to have It, but when you have a problem you are screwed.
