Holiday Ph call alledging a 1995 HSBC debt, refused to provide details, demanded my SSAN. Unk: PH: 716-871-9050

About 1130 am on September 1, someone phoned saying they were with Capital Management Services and this was about an HSBC debt from 1995.

The staff person refused to tell me any details, after I stated that I have never had any business with the HSBC. Next, she refused to give me the address of the company, even its name!

The staff person finally began yelling at me, then hung up after I refused to provide or confirm a portion of MY SSAN. Before, she hung up, she indicated since I had refused to pay her, she was going "to come after me."

I called the number back to try to speak with a Manager to obtain the address of the company so that I could write to them andor file a complaint.

This person became rude and used pejorative terms, finally saying, "if I paid my bills, they would not be calling me."

This organization is using harrassment and intimadation techniques to deal with people and lack civility in their communications.
