When I recieved the card in the mail stating that I haven't yet activated my platinum card, I decided to call on it to see what it was about. They Guaranteed me that I would be recieving a visa. And they stated this more than 5 times. So I went with it.
The next couple of weeks I got the card and all it contained was a credit card for a catalog. So I decided to call them to see what happened and they totally denied saying any of the things that they told me. I demanded a refund and they said to call them back in a few days. I did and they said that I was not able to get my money back because they didn't suspect that the lady was misleading me. I will never ever call on any card I recieve in the mail again because all I think it is is a bunch of BS!
All the people that got ripped off by this company really needs to try to get a lawsuit against these people. They have ripped off a number of consumers according to the consumer complaints. All this company was looking for is to make a little bit of money off of some poor people.
