I accepted an offer for a free credit report and found out that I had to sign up for PMIdentity for $1. After finding out that as I went through the web site there were other such connected offers, I called and canceled my membership. Then, I found a $19.95 on my credit card that should never have been there. The phone number on my credit card allowed me to call them. I did reach a rep (finally) and was assured that a credit would be sent in two or three days... We'll find out. Beware of this outfit.
