They have been taking my money directly out of my account, and say it may take 3-4 yrs. To collect and settle with the creditors

This company will not give me straight answers just keep saying it takes 3-4 yrs. To settle they have me a settlement amount but I am still getting calls from my creditors and they say this place is a scam.
