ACS has failed to refund my $199.95 that was debited from my checking account on 11/7/02.
ACS defrauded me in regards to the facts regarding their program. I was expecting one thing and got another. After reviewing the initial sales tape, ACS agreed that I had been misinformed and agreed to refund my money once I followed their procedures in returning their benefits packet.
I followed their procedures and was told that my money would be refunded on 12/18/02. I have not heard from them nor have I received my refund.
My attempts to call have been unsuccessful. All I get is a recording requesting written correspondence. I have written ACS, but have also contacted the BBB.
