Denied me use of my checking account

They accused me of account abuse for trying to gain assess to my account. I took money orders to bank to cash and was denied the cash for 7 days, then when i tried to explain to the staff at bank they refused to listen to me. The law states that it has to be kept open for 90 days they closedit within 3 days and that is illegal and is a ripoff
