I like so many others, have been duped by these companies. There has been a prosecution and adjudication reached in The District of Oregon by the Federal trade Commision. Mary Benfield (mbenfield@ftc. Gov) and David M. Horn (dhorn@ftc. Gov) were the government attornies involved.
Todd McCartney is/was connected with Lease Finace Group (http://toddmccartney.info/category/lease-finance-group/). He was also the owner of record of Wholesale Merchant Services and EVIDENTLY Wholesale Merchant Processing, Inc.
Any person who feels they have been victimized by any of these entities should go to the web sites listed OR send an E - to those attornies listed. A letter to the Federal Trade Commision, 915 Second Ave., Suite 2896, Seattle, Washington will help you get some answers.
