Ripoff they sent me a letter in the mail to rebuild my credit & never sent me my credit card ripoff

I recivered a letter in the mail for a concumer credit card to rebuild my credit. I never recived that card.
Now i have no card no money and i feel that i have been violated. I hope somebody can caught them, because now i can't trust anyone. They even gave me a verification #. They also gave a 30 day money back guarantee.
