Atm deposit ripoff

On july 2 I made a deposit thru the ATM of $250 machine and a week later they send me a bank stament and from $250 cash they said that only $50 was on the envelope. I went to the bank and one of the girls took a copy of my receive and told me that she was going to solve the problem. I am sure that i deposit $250 because i went with my husband to made the deposit that night.

I call also customer service number on the card and the told me that they were going to make an investigation. But after a week of waiting they send me a letter from the bank that it was my mistake. I went to the bank again in person because the girl that told me that she was going to solve the problem never call me back. That day a guy help me he was very rude i explained the situation but he told me with his attitude that nothing can be done.

I am still over draft because I thought that I had money left but the $200 is disapear. I am very upset because I know that I deposit $250 that my husband gave me to deposit. But the guy attitude made me more mad because i told him that i was going to close my account and he gave me a slip to paid the over draft and to close the account but i did have the money to paid so i walk out. I hope that this report help others.
