La Fiesta Auto Sales where my wife previously worked, had a truck financed. My wife left that employment on March 24. No late pays showed on our credit bureau. After her depature from La Fiesta Auto Sales, four (4) late payments showed up for the previous year. The Vice President, Patrick Miller knew we were trying to get our house refinanced.
These inaccurate and false late payments have caused us not to be able to refinance our house. I have filed in pro se, a lawsuit against La Fiesta Auto Sales. This finance company has four locations in the Houston area - and 1 in San Antonio, Tx.
My investigation reveals that this company has been reporting hundreds of their previous consumers in an inaccurate manner to the national credit reporting agencies, i.E. Transunion and Experian.
I have spoken with an attorney about this matter and a class action is very possible in the coming months. If you have an automotive loan through this company, check your credit bureau to make sure it is accurate. If there is inaccurate information, please contact me at (REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES) Also, dipsute such inaccurate information.
