WAMU Company has dishonored my request to activate my credit protection insurance, lowered credit limit w/o notice, won't honor request to have my mobile number to removed from contact info... Filed BBB report

This company has done several things to me and I am seeking actionand would be willing to join in on a class action lawsuit against them for all they hell that they have put me through.

I have found out this past weekend that they have lowered my account limit four months ago without even notifying me. Would not give an apology nor would they fix it.

Also I had lost my job over a false allegation back in April and am currently fighting against the school district and went to file a credit protection claim and had found out that they had denied it.
