Ripoff

I recieved a card saying that i was approved for credit of four thousand dollar. And i would recieve two credit cards one which i have and one that i never recieved that was to be a visa card. I recieved that package and there were only one credit card in the package. I called to them to see why i didn't recieve the visa card and they said that i would have to order 150.00 worth before i could get that card. I paid them right at 200.00 dollars to recieve something that was a scam. But now what do i do. I lost right at two hundred 200. When tring to talk with them on the phone they were short with me.
