I have a 760 credit rating. I always pay my bills on time. Yet I received a late fee for my last payment. Why?
When I called Advanta customer "service", they informed me that my contract states that my repayment date may change monthly by as much as 5 days. There is, in fact, no way to predict how much it is going to change. It has the appearance of being arbitrary.
I smell a class action lawsuit for a hungry lawyer...
