I have paid this company $3758.34 since Sept!!! Still getting forclosure notices!!!...

I'm in the process of closing on new mortgage, finally getting away from Fairbanks and Olymus.in the process of my closing I got to look at my pay history. I was shocked how much I have paid Fairbanks since Sept so I went to there website and what I found was what I have being paying like for instance, suspense $1407.36, late fee's $368.51 and mortage payments $3758.34.

Now am I getting Ripped Off??? During my closing I got a copy of my payoff with Fairbanks, they are charging me $1,529.76, yes I understand I have fee's with them but can anyone examply why I'm paying a broker price opinion of $110.00 and property inspection fee of 9.60??? All I can say is this company is money hungry and a big rip off!!! I do hope something can be done!!!
