If you have been solicited by this company to do illegal out of state third party loans, don't!!! If you are signed up with this company, get out now!!!
Noelle is a lying, sneaky Broker who does not pay her loan officers. She will use QA as a means to delay the loan and find everything wrong with the file to prevent paying you. She charges out of state fees for in-state loans, she will make up fees so that she can get more.
I produced more than all of her "so called" many loan officers and she still burned me. After steling thousands from me and delaying most every loan that I ever closed with her, she said that I in violation from Hud and keep my money. Thousands of dollars down the drain!!! After begging her to give me my money, she still keep it and never called me back anymore.
I tried to tell her staff, but they must have already known about her shady ways the way they talked about her behind her back. This isn't the first time she's ripped people off I was told.
A bank worker told me I should work for another company when I was attempting to cash my check because there was hardly any money in the account. She has to wait for other people to close loans before she pays you. Robbing Peter to Pay Paul!!!
She has been reporting to DRE, Hud, and the Labor board. I will publish the hearing results in a couple of weeks. She has been publicly reproved by the Department of Real Estate and she has been reported to State Officials for doing illegal out of state loan originations.
If you work there, quit before your money gets taken like mine did. The Feds and States are not playing with fraud. She will be going down soon, get off the ship before you become shipwrecked like her!!!
