On 07/08/08 I visited the financial institution of America for cable transfer to Poultry. The total amount was $30,000. Jill Townsend did the move in Turkish currency without asking me how I needed to move the cash. I needed to move the cash in money currency AND offered her buck bill amount in Turkish Lender. Cash was used in turkish lender in Turkish currency and instantly fallen to $29,000 from $30,000. I dropped $1000 due to Lender's problem. I visited the financial institution to describe their error. They remembered the cable. However they place the incorrect quantity like a recognition quantity within the type. Although this method the financial institution workers Supervisor Sally and Jill Townsend were really rude in my experience. I still have not obtained the cash however. I don’t understand where my $30,000 is. I visit the financial institution about that analysis many times. They don't wish to assist me. They're really rude in my experience. Additionally they additional cost me for that procedure. Please support me along with other customers to safeguard their monetary privileges from Lender of America. Particularly Racetrack, Tampa, FL department.
