I know this is legal, but I feel misrepresented and enticed by wamu. After opening my account I inquired about overdraft protection: "your account will be elgible for overdraft protection a 100 dollars each month you hold your account. Now I find out that they charge 33 dollars for each instance of being overdrawn. Fine I understand once but twice three times for each transaction;yea it's legal you company advocate trolls: it's USURIOUS!
FURTHERMORE, when my wire transfer is pushed thru today for the tune of $9237, I am taking my funds elsewhere. I would advocate for all consumers to vote with their assets, and go elsewhere too. I would appreciate foregoing criticism, AS THE ISSUE IS FING MOOT BARRING A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.
More importantly fellow consumers. I would love to hear which banks offer overdraft protection from the outset, and don't charge 33 for an, and each nsf charge.
