I received a letter with an offer for a credit card. At the end of last semster I found myself short of money to pay for my school tuition and my books so I decided to accept this offer. I was asked to pay $150.00 dollars in order to receive my credit card. Weeks went by and finally one day I received a credit card with no visa or master card logo, a Fall 2002 Down Payment Guide and a stupid Catalog.
Upon realizing I have been ripped off I looked for a number to call and ask for my mney back. To my surprise the only information found was a Po Box address. My next step was to find this "Company" on line but the only thing I found was your web site.
As I mentioned above I am a struggling, starving student and the money I have lost has left me with negative dollars in my account. As it is I don't have a lot of money but the money I have I need it to survive and get through school. It truly upsets me to know that there are horrible people like this out there who rip people off.
