Unifund filed a judgment against me and my dad back on 05/24 and saying I am his wife and we never recieved a summon for the court on date or time. Then they filed the same one again on 01/30 saying the same thing that I am his wife and we never recieved a summon for the court on date or time again.
I took it to court and filed a few motions and finally the courts told me to get a legal aid. And the only reason I found out about this is I am trying to buy my first house and no one will let me because of this judgement against me can someone please help me and guide me in the right direction?
