Making promises by giving customers incorrect information

Each time I go in to pay off a deferred deposit loan, I am offered after 3 consecutive deferred deposit loans, to set it up as an installment payment plan. When I try to do this, they wont do it and give me stupid reasons, like I need to come in before the due date of the loan to do this. Come to find out the reason system will not let this be done, is because the state i live in does not allow this. Dumb employees do not tell customers this upfront, just lie, lie, lie and promise, promise, promise. Will never be back to do business with liars like this.
