JJ Property Group LLC is a fraud. We found JJ Properties on Craig list. We talk to Joe on numerous occasions he reassured us he is a legit company and he would be able to make our dreams come true has a home owner. We also did research on the internet about the company on BBB, Oregon sos, and anything else we could think of. There was not one bad thing about this company. Well we found a wonderful realtor that showed us so many different house then we found the right one. We put an offer on it and we were able to rent from the seller until our closing date because we had to be out of our old house. We moved into the house and we were supposed to close on 7/31/08. Joe was supposed to supply the Ernest check, sighed contracts, and a certificate of good standing to the title company. Our realtor even orders that certificate for them and had it sent to them.
Well as of 7/21/08 no one has heard from Joe in about to weeks. We keep calling the cell phone and office phone, and sending e-mail's there hasn't been any communication from JJ Properties. Come Saturday morning when we are about to take our kids to the reservoir for a fun day in sun we get a phone call and email that the seller is pulling out of this deal because of lack of communication with JJ Properties and the consumer complaintss on the web. So know we are forced to move right away out of our dream home. We don't have any money for a deposit well because we gave that to JJ Properties. So we will not be able to live in our dream house and we are out $1500.00 of our money because we can not get a hold of JJ Properties. This company is great at getting you sucked in and taking our money.
