Be absolutely sure that you do NOT EVER open an account with, or send money to these idiots. This is the most uncaring, dumbest idiots I have ever seen. I tried to close an account with them. It took days and over 20 phone calls to get a check!!! They have one particular fool working there named Andrew who clearly told me that my problems were not his problems and he just didn't care about me - and then he hung-up on me. This company lies to clients and most of all, the employees are just plain dumb. You can't find anyone with sense enough to help you. Once they have your money, you will play hell getting it back.
I moved my forex trading account to another broker who told me they heard this same story over and over from new clients. Wires are messed up, money is lost and the employees are dumber than a stump. I just don't see how they stay in business. Be advised that Gain Capital and forex.com are the same bunch of idiots. DO NOT OPEN ANY ACCOUNTS WITH THEM-YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!
