Scam DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY, Miami Florida

I sent them $930 for a $5000 loan and then never received the loan, they requested another $930 before giving me the Loan. When I refused they said they would refund my money. I have not received a refund and when I call the 1-866 number they gave me it just says good bye and hangs up, doesn't even ring!!!
