I was also contacted by Parkwood Lending on june 4. I sent money to secure a loan on june 6 and again on june 9. On june 11 I was contacted by Henry Atwood and told the lender had backed out. I was also offered a refund. I am supposed to have it on July 11 (it will never come). I was threatned with a lawsuit from one of the loan officers, so I never said a word. However I see that was a mistake. These people are awful. I hope they get caught. Please if anyone has any information on what to do let me know and I will do the same.
