On my transunion and experian credit reports trying to collect monies that i do not owe collect monies that i do not owe 04 brock drive

I've been actively trying to clear up my credit. There are a few entries on my credit report that are definitely fraud from AFNI and Allied Interstate.

I have written to the three credit bureaus notifying them of the fraud that has taken place and I requested an investigation. Every time the credit bureaus come back stating that the investigation has been accomplished and this company (AFNI) has proved that it is my account! This is no way! I never had a sprint account, ever! Is TransUnion and Experian down with this scam! How could that be!

I wrote to AFNI requesting them to send me what information they have to prove that this is actually my account.in turn they write me back and request that I send them a copy of my picture ID and a copy of my SS#. Why is this happening?

If someone can guide me please let me know! I would like to get an attorney but cannot afford one!
